Dream meaning Dreaming of snow

Snow in a dream is purification, relief and the cooling of what burned; out of place or in excess, it is a hardship of cold and constraint.

The Prophet asked in his prayer, "O God, wash away my sins with water, snow and hail," and so clean snow falling gently, especially in its season, is sins washed away, a heart cooled of anger or grief, and a worry lifted; for a land in need it is provision, for snow feeds the rivers that water the fields. Walking on fresh snow is a clean new beginning, and footprints left in it are deeds that will be seen.

Snow in summer is an ease that comes out of its time. Heavy snow that blocks the roads or buries the house is a hardship that halts travel and trade for a season, or a coldness between people, and clearing it is patience and effort rewarded. Snow melting in the sun is a trouble dissolving and a frozen matter moving again; snow turned to dirty slush is a pure intention muddied by dealings, to be washed clean.

Eating clean snow is a cooling benefit; building a figure of snow is a work that will not last beyond its season. Being lost in falling snow is a matter whose way cannot yet be seen, and the answer is to wait for the clearing before taking any step. Snow on high mountains is dignity and a standing that is hard to reach.
