ACCOUNT DELETION

Delete your Luxarion account

You can delete your Luxarion account and its data yourself, from inside the app, at any time. If you have uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in, use the request route below and we will do it for you.

Request deletion by email

Write to support@luxarion.app from the email address on the account, or tell us the phone number it was created with. We confirm the request, then delete the account on the same terms as the in-app route. We answer within 30 days.

The fastest route, and the one to use while you can still sign in.

Open Luxarion and go to Profile.
Open Settings.
Choose Delete account, and confirm.

WHAT HAPPENS

What deletion does

The same for both routes.

Deletion begins a 30-day grace period. Your account is hidden but fully restorable — simply log back in to cancel it.
After 30 days your personal data — name, email, phone, profile and preferences — is permanently anonymised or erased.
Your Circles community name becomes “[deleted]”, and your posts and replies are blanked and withdrawn.
Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days, until routine rotation removes it.
A subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store is billed by the store, not by us. Cancel it in the store as well, or it will keep renewing.

WHAT WE MUST KEEP

Records we cannot erase

Financial and consultation records tied to payments are kept for five years to meet accounting obligations, stripped of the details that identify you, and then purged. Moderation records — reports, appeals and decisions — are kept so that a complaint can still be answered.
