Everything you send travels encrypted between your device and Luxarion, and your account is protected by your sign-in. Only the people and services needed to prepare your reading and keep the service safe can see what it contains.

In Circles you appear under a community name of your choosing, kept separate from your account name. What you share there is your choice, and you can withdraw it.

Account Deletion & Data Retention

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Deletion begins a 30-day grace period during which your account is hidden but fully restorable — simply log back in to cancel it. After 30 days your personal data (name, email, phone, profile, and preferences) is permanently anonymized or erased. Financial and consultation records tied to payments are kept for 5 years to meet accounting obligations, stripped of details that identify you, and then purged. Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before routine rotation removes it.

Mobile information may be disclosed only to the telecommunications providers and service providers necessary to deliver and operate the messages you request, and those providers may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

• This information is used only to send the authentication or verification messages you request and to operate those messages.
• One verification message is sent per request, so message frequency varies according to your requests.
• Message and data rates may apply.

If you ask to be told when the app is in the stores, we keep the email address you give and the language you were reading. It is used for that one message and for nothing else, it is not shared, and you can ask us to remove it at any time from the contact page.

Circles

What You Write in the Community

Circles keeps a community name that is separate from your account name, the posts and replies you write, any images you attach, and — only if you choose to share one — a reading of yours, with whatever you blacked out already removed.

• Nothing you write appears until a moderator has read that exact text. An edit is read again before it replaces what is already published.
• You choose who each post is for: the members of that circle, or everyone. A public post can be read without an account and found by search engines, and copies other people have already made cannot be recalled.
• Reports, appeals, moderation decisions and blocks are recorded so that a complaint can be answered. Anything an open case still refers to is kept until that case closes.
• Drafts are kept for 72 hours. A refused or replaced version is blanked after 30 days and deleted after 90. Reports, appeals and moderation decisions are kept for 24 months.
• If you delete your account, your community name becomes “[deleted]” and your posts and replies are blanked and withdrawn. An image that another member's post also shows stays where it is — one file can be shown by more than one post — and your link to it is removed.
• Your community profile carries no photograph, and nothing you write in Circles is used to profile you, to target anything at you, or to train a model.
