By accessing or using the Luxarion app, website, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
Service Description
Luxarion provides spiritual and cultural guidance through AI-powered tools and consultations with human experts. Content and sessions are intended for guidance, entertainment, and personal reflection — not as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial care.
Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, up-to-date information and may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or policies.
Subscriptions & Billing
Certain features may require paid subscriptions or Lux wallet balance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period through your account settings or the app store (Apple App Store / Google Play). In-app purchases are governed by the relevant platform policies. Prices may change with reasonable notice where required.
Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed through authorised payment providers and app stores. For completed consultations, we offer a money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 48 hours of completing your session, and our team will review your request. Other refunds may be subject to platform policies or applicable law. Approval of every request is not guaranteed.
Expert Consultations
Consultations are provided by independent or Luxarion-vetted experts. We do not guarantee specific outcomes; expert opinions reflect their personal experience and are not assurances of future events. You remain responsible for your decisions. Sessions may be recorded or monitored for quality and safety in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
User Conduct
You agree to use Luxarion respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, hate speech, illegal content, impersonation, misuse of the service, unauthorised access attempts, or disruption of the platform are prohibited. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, designs, content, software, and materials on Luxarion are owned by or licensed to Luxarion Group Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission, except for expressly permitted personal, non-commercial use.
Legal Disclaimers
Luxarion is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. We do not warrant the accuracy of content or uninterrupted service availability. Consult qualified professionals for important health, legal, or financial decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxarion Group Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, where permitted by law.
Account Termination
You may close your account or request deletion from the app settings. Upon a deletion request, a 30-day grace period begins: during this time you may restore your account by logging in again. After this period, we may permanently delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may also terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Luxarion Group Ltd is a company registered in the United Kingdom. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Kingdom, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
