Dream meaning Dreaming of grapes on the vine

A vine in a dream is provision and a generous household, a spouse who brings blessing and a family that branches and bears fruit, and its grapes are lawful wealth gathered in their season.

A green vine heavy with grapes is plenty in the home and a lineage that grows; a vine climbing over the house is blessing spreading across the family; a vineyard owned or tended is a household or a work that gives its yield through care. Eating grapes in their season is provision that comes easily; white grapes are ease and good; a bunch gathered is wealth brought together.

Pressing grapes is service that brings its reward and release from a narrow place. The young man imprisoned with Joseph dreamed he was pressing grapes, and Joseph told him he would pour for his master again, and so it was. A vine that withers or loses its fruit is provision that falters or a household that needs tending, and pruning a vine is cutting away what drains the family so that it bears better.

A vine cut down is a support removed, and planting a new one is a provision or a family bond begun. Grapes out of season are a benefit that comes before its time, or a worry that passes. The Qur'an tells of a man whose garden of vines was destroyed after he boasted that it would never perish, and whose companion had told him to say, "What God wills; there is no power except with God."

That is the word to say over a thriving vine.
