Guidance held with care, insight without haste
Wands
A youth in a tunic patterned with salamanders stands in a desert, holding a staff taller than himself and studying the leaves at its tip. A red feather flickers in his hat. He is fire at its youngest: curiosity, enthusiasm, a messenger with exciting news.
Something has caught your interest and you want to chase it. Do. The Page of Wands is the eager beginner, full of ideas and unafraid of looking inexperienced. Good news arrives, or an invitation to try something new. Explore freely. You do not have to commit for life. You only have to follow the spark and see what it shows you.
Enthusiasm with no follow-through. Reversed, the Page of Wands starts ten things and finishes none, or loses heart at the first difficulty. News is delayed or disappoints. There is restlessness here, and a touch of childish impatience. Pick one idea and stay with it past the exciting part.
This begins as a game, and a happy one. Someone young at heart brings fun and warmth, or sends a message that lifts your day. With a partner, be spontaneous again. If you are single, enjoy the spark for what it is, without asking it yet where it is going.
Fresh interest, a chance to learn, encouraging news about a project. Bring your enthusiasm and be willing to start at the bottom. Try the idea out on a small scale. Your energy is noticed, and when you back it with reliability it opens doors.
Yes. Good news is coming, and your enthusiasm is well placed.
