Do I need to know jewellery terms?

No. Describe the piece in your own words. Luxarion recommends what is missing before anything is quoted.

When do I pay?

Only after you have reviewed and approved a quotation. Payment is taken securely through Luxarion, and the quotation you approved is the amount charged.

Can I change my mind after the quotation?

Yes. Decline it, tell us what you would change, and a revised quotation follows. An earlier version can never be paid by mistake.

How will I know where things stand?

Every step — review, quotation, payment, preparation, quality check, shipping and delivery — appears on your request page, and we write to you at each one.

Who makes the piece?

Luxarion prepares your piece and stays your only point of contact from the first word to delivery.
