Some books were never written for the shelves of a shop. They were copied by hand, kept in private collections and passed in silence from one keeper to the next, read by a few and seen by almost no one. Catalogue I breaks that silence. Here the Unseen Manuscripts begin: handwritten originals and rare books on the stars, the letters and the unseen, offered for the first time. Each comes in a limited edition of numbered copies, and every copy carries its own number and the name of the person it was made for. The catalogue opens with The Book of Dimas the Greek, a complete method of judgement, from first principles to the questions. Other titles will follow, each in its own time. Take the time to read, and choose the copy that will be yours alone.
